We can't find anything relevent on the website except this, which might or might not also apply to surf or kite surf gear: "The special fare is applied for 1 set of ski equipment per passenger, and can be transported at a cheaper fare than normal baggage.
If more than one set of ski equipment is to be carried, the excess baggage charge will be imposed.
Applicable equipment: 1 ski set, 1 ski pole set, 1 pair of ski boots/snowboard and 1 pair of boots set/1 pair of standard boot set/1 Saldom water ski set
For the U.S. routes, if the total weight is within the limit of free baggage allowance including the equipment, it can be transported free of charge. If it exceeds the limit, 33% of 1 item of excess baggage should be paid.
For routes other than the U.S., if the total weight is within the limit of the free baggage allowance, it can be transported free of charge. If free baggage allowance is exceeded when the ski equipment is included, the additional charge will be imposed on 3kg or the actual excess weight, whichever is lower. If it weighs over 3kg, you will need to pay only excess baggage charge for 3kg, regardless of the actual weight. "
We've also contacted them to clarify...

Leaving feedback:
If you have flown with, or know a good tip specific to this airline, please let everyone know by rating it and leaving a report here. Some airlines don't apply (or even know) their own kit policies so it's useful to see other people's experiences flying with them …
