(Business) Class passengers travelling on CSA operated flights to/from the USA, US territories and Canada are entitled to carry, free of charge, a maximum of two pieces of checked baggage, where the total of all three dimensions of each piece must not exceed 158 cm (62 in), and the weight of each piece may be no more than 32 kg (70 lb). Y (Travel) Class passengers are entitled to carry, free of charge, a maximum of two pieces of checked baggage, where the total of all three dimensions of each of them must not exceed 158 cm (62 in), and the weight of each piece must not exceed 23 kg (50 lb). A passenger paying 10% of the applicable fare (for a child below 2 years of age) is entitled to carry, free of charge, one piece of baggage (the total of all three dimensions must not exceed 115 cm (45 in) and the weight must not exceed 10 kg (22 lb)) as well as one fully-folding pram, however, the child is not entitled to a seat. Children over 2 years of age, and below 12 years, are entitled to a seat and baggage to the same extent as adult passengers. A passenger will pay extra charges if he/she has an excess weight, number of pieces of baggage, or if the dimensions exceed the limit. On other CSA operated flights, J (Business) Class passengers are entitled to carry 30 kg (66 lb) of checked baggage free of charge, and Y (Travel) Class passengers, 23 kg (50 lb). A passenger paying 10% of the applicable fare (for a child below 2 years of age) is entitled to carry 10 kg (22 lb) of checked baggage free of charge, one fully-folding pram and food for the flight but the child is not entitled to use a seat. Children over 2 years of age, and below 12 years, are entitled to a seat and free of charge baggage carriage to the same extent as adult passengers. CSA will charge, according to the destination, for the transport of each kilogram of excess baggage.
All passengers are also entitled to carry, free of charge, one piece of cabin baggage, with maximum dimensions not exceeding a max. length of 56 cm, a max. width of 45 cm and a max. depth of 25 cm, furthermore, the sum of the 3 dimensions shall not exceed 115 cm (45 in). Passengers may carry in the cabin the following items for personal use: a lady’s handbag, overcoat, shawl or blanket, umbrella or walking stick, a small camera or a pair of binoculars, a notebook, reading material for the flight, an infant’s food (for consumption in flight) and a carrying basket, a fully-collapsible wheelchair for a disabled passenger, and/or crutches or a supporting device that the passenger is dependent on. The total weight of cabin baggage and items for personal use must not exceed 12 kg (26 lb) in Y Class (travel) and 18 kg (40 lb) in J Class (Business).

There is no published policy on the website, but after contacting them we received the following reply, which, although complicated, does explain the policy quite clearly.
"Based on your request I would like to inform you that we accept to transport surfboards and windsurf equipment. In all case the equipment must be requested in the reservation. This request must include the weight of the equipment and the dimmensions of the bags.
The payment for this equipment depands on the destination where the client is flying. If the client is travelling in Europe and the lenght of bag does not acced 277 cm, passenger will pay for 5 kg excess bagagge. If the lenght acced 277 cm, passenger will pay for 8 kg excess bagagge.
The rules are different for travelling to/from USA or Canada. These are following:
If the lenght of bags does not acceed 277 cm and the destination is Baltimore,Boston, New York,Philadelphia or Washington - fee 50% from CZK 3950 (travelling from this points to the Czech Republic - 50% USD110) If the lenght of bag acceeds 277 cm and the destination is Baltimore,Boston, New York,Philadelphia or Washington - fee CZK3950 (travelling from this points to the Czech Republic - USD110) If the lenght of bags does not acceed 277 cm and the destination is any other point that mentiond above - fee 50% from CZK4600 (travelling from this points to the Czech Republic - 50% USD130) If the lenght of bags acceeds 277 cm and the destination is any other point that mentiond above - fee CZK4600 (travelling from this points to the Czech Republic - USD130) If the lenght of bags does not acceed 277 cm and the destination is in Canada - fee 50% CZK3850 (travelling from Canada to the Czech Republic 50% from CAD 175) If the lenght of bags acceeds 277 cm and the destination is in Canada - fee CZK 3850 (travelling from Canada to the Czech Republic CAD 175)
