You're likely to be charged a per kilo rate for anything over and above your baggage allowance. Which is as follows:

EXCESS BAGGAGE CHARGE

International / Regional Sector excess baggage with some exceptions is charged per kg (2.2.lbs) depend on Garuda Indonesia Excess Baggage Charge Policy for certain routes as bellow (per kg) :
a. DPS-SYD/BNE/MEL/ADL – USD 8.50 outbound DPS or AUD 10.00 inbound DPS.
b. DPS-PER/DRW - USD 7.00 outbound DPS or AUD 7.00 inbound DPS
c. DPS-AKL – USD 12.00 outbound DPS OR NZD 20.00 inbound DPS
d. JKT-CAN/SHA/BJS – USD 10.00 outbound JKT or CNY 80.00 inbound JKT
e. SIN-SHA/BJS – SGD 20 outbound SIN or CNY 80.00 inbound SIN
f. DPS/JKT-TYO/NGO/OSA – USD 10 outbound JKT/DPS or JPY 100 inbound JKT/DPS
g. JKT-HKG – USD 8.00 outbound JKT or HKD 40.00 inbound JKT
h. Another sectors is 1.5 % from IATA Publish Economy Normal Fare One Way.
