You have to phone MartinAir at least 72 hrs before departure to book it on. When making reservations please mention three dimensions of the equipment.
Depending on the load capacity Martinair will honor or deny the request. [It's unlikey that they will refuse you unless you're travelling as part of a big group]
Checked baggage allowance

Surfboards[and other equipment] larger than 165 cm and/or weighing more than 23kg are excluded from the free allowance and normal excess charges apply.

Overall, it's not very clear, but you have to phone to book your gear on in advance anyway, so you'll be able to double check the price then.
Note: If onward travel is on KL following maxinum lengths apply

If you have flown with, or know a good tip specific to this airline, please
let everyone know by rating it and leaving a report here. Some airlines
don't apply (or even know) their own kit policies so it's useful to see
other people's experiences flying with them …
Very complicated one this:

Depending on the load capacity Martinair will honor or deny the request. [It's unlikey that they will refuse you unless you're travelling as part of a big group, although with windsurfers they say it's entirely dependant on load capacity (and there's a maximum length of 375cm).]
