Bahay Boracay is a brand new house with spectacular sea views over Bulabog Bay. The house is situated in a quiet location with the added benefit of being only a two minute walk to the legendary kite beach and 7 minutes to Boracay‘s famous White Beach. The sofa in the living area is designed to be converted into a queen size bed so the apartment is actually good for four. Depending on your need for privacy if you can live with an open stair case or if you would like to rent two apartments next to each other.

Reef Retreat

Located on the same grounds as the windsurf and kitesurf centre, just back from the beach and overlooking a tropical garden sits Reef Retreat.

It's owned and run by an English couple named Matt and Clair. Originally from Eastbourne, they have traveled around the world searching for the perfect beach to live out their dream of running a windsurfing business. After considering and rejecting some of the most famous destinations on the planet they settled on Boracay, bought some land and built Reef Retreat.

The result are beautiful rooms and suites which blend comfort with luxurious touches. Each room has its own en suite bathroom, air conditioning, mini fridge and a TV you'll never watch because you're too busy chilling out on the balcony, or exploring the island.

The rooms are available on a B&B basic with breakfasts taken in the cafe at the windsurf/kitesurf centres. This gives you plenty of opportunity to take full advantage of the incredible range of restaurants and bars only a short stroll away over on White Beach.

The attention to detail within the rooms reflects the relaxed but capable manner in which Matt and Clair welcome their guests and they'll ensure you have everything you need for a truly relaxing break. The location so close to the centre makes them the perfect base for your holiday.

Mi Sueno Apartments

Located just 10 mins walk and built to European specifications with a funky Euro/Asian look and contemporary fittings, the apartments will give you a vantage point to check the kiteboarding and windsurfing conditions as soon as you open your eyes.

All rooms are fitted with high quality fixtures and fittings, climate control AC for your comfort, hot shower, UPVC patiodoors to individual balconies. Quality mattresses were chosen with fine linens and silks furnishing the room for an ultimate night sleep, after a great day at the beach.

The landscaped garden offers a lawn area and 2 decks for a peaceful day away from the beach if you so desire. There's also a BBQ area (BBQ chief available on request).
