About Phil
Oceansource Co-manager in El Tur, Phil Richards has been working with windsurfing for 9 years, origionally introduced to the world of windsurfing on a lake in Berkshire. From here Phil quickly fell in love with all things windsurfing and moved on to instructing and coaching.
Phil has worked in varius locations in Greece, Egypt and the U.K. helping windsurfers push their abilitys and confidence levels with an enthusiastic and supportive approach to coaching.
Phil coaches all levels of windsurfing from those first stepping on to a board to carving those gybes or wanting to push their abilitys to wavesailing and freestyle.
Flight time Approx. 4 hours non-stop from the UK. Times may vary from other European destinations.
Transfer time (El Tur) Approx. 2 hours.
