** For July and August we’re offering free video coaching. We’ll coach you on the water for an hour most mornings then video your moves for an hour and then deliver a video debrief session in the early evening.
El Tur is particularly well suited to this type of coaching as it is very easy to get high quality close-up footage of your sailing. We use the latest hard-drive video recorder so you can see exactly what you’re doing at any part of any move.
Efficient video coaching is now recognised as being the fastest way to improve, and is used by sports coaches all over the world.
*** Insurance is highly recommended and covers all equipment breakages. Otherwise, clients will be asked to pay full cost repairs. |
