Pro Coaching Experience
Our Pro Coaching Experience is the ultimate addition to the ultimate windsurfing holiday and is aimed at intermediate to advanced level sailors who want to expand their skills under the supervision of pros Matt Pritchard or Robby Swift.
How Does it Work?
You're not allowed to sail in Maui until eleven, so your day starts at the coach's house10:00am. Our coaches have a huge amount of footage to guide you through what you want to learn so you'll be able to study it from several angles. Under their expert guidance you’ll analyse the move, see exactly how to do it, and get inspired to actually go for it on the water.
Then you go sailing. Everywhere is pretty close together, and you'll head to the best spot that day. If you want to learn jumps first and then waveriding later, you can do a couple of spots in one day, making the most of the day’s conditions.
Watching someone do a move for real is the best way to learn, and our pros will come and do it right in front of you as well as watching to see where you need to focus your efforts. This is the real secret of the pros. They get so good because they're constantly following each other around pushing themselves to go for it.
As part of your package, video will be taken of you on and off the water so you can review each session in-depth back at the pro's home over a well deserved beer. Your footage will be compared against footage from pros so you can gain further insight into how it should be done!
A free DVD containing your video footage as well as some pro footage will be included within your coaching package.
Equipment
Both coaches offer extensive ranges of the latest pro carbon equipment through their sponsorship deals. Use of this equipment is included in your package so you can feel, and look, like a proper pro on the water!
Prices
Group sizes range from One-to-One up to a maximum of three. So one person pays $500 for one day, but two people would pay only $300 each.
