ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
PayPal facilitates all our transactions, as this is the most secure payment gateway to protect you as a consumer.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment.
PayPal will require that you supply the details to correspond the billing details and shipping address.
Accepted credit cards include: Mastercard and Visa.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES:
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
Should we not be able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded via PayPal.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Monday to Friday, 08h00am - 17h00pm.
SHIPPING AGENTS / CARRIERS:
We use the following shipping agents / carriers to deliver your orders:
UPS | FedEX | DHL | PARCEL MONKEY | TNT | MY HERMES
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping agent / carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Please note that some orders using the 1st class service offered by Royal Mail, will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping / delivery of your order is based on the weight of your parcel as well as your desired delivery location.
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of the shipping will be as well as the total of the items in your basket.
If there is an additional charge for shipping to certain destinations one of our team will contact you before sending the item and you will be offered a Paypal invoice for the difference or a refund of the item.
It is here that you can amend your oder, continue shopping or cancel your order. No charges will be made to your card until the final checkout page.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock.
When the item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order to you.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 30-days of its purchase.

2. Mail your item for retun to:

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return
4. Please include the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned once they have been opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return nor exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; which will be deducted from your refund.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your clothing item is unused, and in the 'like-new' condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour.
You will not be subject to a restocking fee; however you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
