PayPal facilitates all our transactions, as this is the most secure payment gateway to protect you as a consumer. We do not hold your payment details, please see PayPal.com policy for further information. 

We do hold your name and address details for shipping and this information is kept for warranty purposes/ returns and future orders.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We only collect information that we need pertaining to your order.

This includes your name, billing and shipping address and email address.

In addition, we also collect information on your IP address, browser type and 'refer url data'.

We use this data to prevent hacking attempts and to know what web browsers our clients are using.

This helps us to get to know our clients and where they are coming from.

This is done to ensure continuous improvements in our service delivery and marketing.

 

HOW IS MY INFORMATION USED?

Your information is only used to fulfil your order.

If you choose the finance option:

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

This website operates an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion. Some subscriptions may be manually processed.
